        6. Conduct a Card Sort \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 3 weeks (conservative estimate could be as short as a week and a half, this will depend on how long it takes to recruit people)<\/li>\n
        7. Create Information Architecture \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2 to 3 weeks<\/li>\n
        8. Brainstorm Phase II \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 3 to 4 Weeks\n

          1. Create a rough design for the six different scenarios that were defined during Phase I and than \treduce the number of designs down to three.<\/li>\n
          2. First round of sketches \u00e2\u20ac\u201c create three different sketches<\/li>\n
          3. Test First round of sketches \u00e2\u20ac\u201c show the sketches to at least three different people to gather \tfeedback<\/li>\n
          4. Second round of sketches \u00e2\u20ac\u201c update sketches based upon the feedback that was received<\/li>\n
          5. Test the second round of sketches \u00e2\u20ac\u201c show the sketches to at least three different people to gather \tfeedback<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. Design (a continuation of the brainstorming process) 4 weeks\n

            1. First Wireframes \u00e2\u20ac\u201c create at least two different wireframe models based upon the testing of the \tsecond round of sketches.<\/li>\n

              5. Make Beautiful and finish adding content\u00e2\u20ac\u201c 3 weeks<\/li>\n
              6. Have outside organization do accessibility testing or ask students and faculty who use assistive technology to test prototype \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2 weeks<\/li>\n
              7. Revise based upon feedback \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Some of these things will be able to happen at the same time or be able to overlap to some extent. For example writing new content could start really early in the process and be completed before the prototype is even finished.
